1. Welcome to Pet Share & Shop

Pet Share & Shop (“PSAS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a community and marketplace platform for pet lovers, buyers, sellers, creators, and groups.

By creating an account or using PSAS, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for any activity that happens through your account.

You must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, misuse the platform, or attempt to bypass suspensions or restrictions.

3. Community Use

PSAS is built to be friendly, safe, and respectful. Members must not post abusive, hateful, harmful, illegal, misleading, or spam content.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who break platform rules.

4. User Content

You are responsible for anything you post, upload, share, list, or send through PSAS.

You must only upload content you own or have permission to use. This includes photos, text, logos, product images, videos, and other media.

5. Marketplace Use

PSAS allows independent sellers to list products and connect with buyers. PSAS provides the platform but is not the direct seller of products listed by independent sellers.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, product accuracy, fulfilment, customer communication, refunds, returns, and legal compliance.

6. Buyer and Seller Disputes

Refunds, returns, delivery issues, order problems, and disputes are handled directly between the buyer and seller involved in the transaction.

PSAS may review reports involving fraud, abuse, scams, or rule-breaking, but PSAS is not required to mediate buyer/seller disputes.

7. Seller Fees and Payouts

Sellers must accept the separate PSAS Marketplace Seller Agreement before opening a shop. Marketplace fees, payout rules, refund handling, and seller responsibilities are explained during seller onboarding.

8. Prohibited Activity

You must not use PSAS for:

• Illegal activity
• Fraud or scams
• Animal cruelty or harmful animal-related content
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Counterfeit, stolen, or unsafe goods
• Spam, phishing, malware, or platform abuse

9. Animal Welfare

Animal welfare matters deeply to PSAS. Content, listings, or behaviour that promotes cruelty, neglect, unsafe treatment, illegal breeding, or exploitation of animals may be removed immediately.

10. Moderation

PSAS may remove content, hide listings, restrict shops, issue warnings, apply account strikes, suspend users, or permanently remove accounts where needed to protect the platform and community.

11. Platform Availability

We aim to keep PSAS available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, changed, paused, or removed as the platform grows.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

PSAS is not responsible for losses caused by user behaviour, seller conduct, buyer/seller disputes, third-party payment providers, delivery services, external links, or content posted by members.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as PSAS grows. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
